Reserving Your Field Trip

• 1. Plan your trip, including the date, arrival and departure times, number of students and adults, and areas you'd like to visit.
• 2. Download and complete the Field Trip Request Form (PDF, 39 KB).
• 3. Choose between the themed field trip option(s). Indicate the reservation times for picnic space and add-ons.
• 4. Indicate any special needs a member of your group may have. Please keep in mind that some exhibit areas have limited accessibility due to the scale used in historic restorations.

• Apply for a School Subsidy

  We can offer subsidies to qualifying schools, thanks to the generosity of an anonymous donor. Simply fill out our printable application form (PDF, 71 KB). In order to provide this opportunity to as many schools as possible, schools that received a subsidy in 2007 will not be eligible again until 2009.

• Our calendar fills up quickly.

  Because planning for your group takes time, we will need to confirm your registration and payment two weeks before the date of your visit.
