One-Room Schoolhouse Rocks Camp

Bet you never knew school could be this cool!

  • Single-day Sessions:

    Jul 12
    Jul 17
    Jul 27
    Jul 30
    Aug 3

Experience a typical day in a one-room schoolhouse. Use a slate to write, participate in recitations and a spelling bee, and even enjoy an old-fashioned recess, all in period clothing! This camp is the real deal, down to carrying lunch in a basket. You'll even visit a nearby farm and perform chores before and after school. Experience school as Laura Ingalls Wilder, Tom Sawyer, and Huck Finn did (had he gone to class!) This is the kind of "summer school" kids love.

  • Maximum 15 campers per session
  • Sessions run from 8:30 am to 3 pm
  • Pick-up and drop-off in the Norwegian area parking lot
  • Cost: $45 for a single-day session
